Sothê-sêneno Fêqê (/ˈsoʃɘ/ /sɘˈneno/ [obese] [liar]) is a temperate Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Sothê-sêneno Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sothê-sêneno Fêqê was founded by Fyèlêyê Shesîg̈, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Sothê-sêneno Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Sothê-sêneno Fêqê receives an average of 180 cm/y (70 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Sothê-sêneno Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 2914 m (9560 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Sothê-sêneno Fêqê was founded durring the early 17th century in early winter of the year 1650, by Fyèlêyê Shesîg̈. The establishment of Sothê-sêneno Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Sothê-sêneno Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sothê-sêneno Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Sothê-sêneno Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad flagstone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Sothê-sêneno Fêqê's frontieer-style defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Sothê-sêneno Fêqê which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Sothê-sêneno Fêqê's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Sothê-sêneno Fêqê was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Sothê-sêneno Fêqê lost 206 people, 259 livestock, and 27 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 221, when members of Sothê-sêneno Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to deliver supplies to a specific group of civilians. The operation was complicated by the army being put into a position where they could only choose between two terrible options. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the fortification, which ended in a crushing defeat for Sothê-sêneno Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Sothê-sêneno Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
